- 4 packages of ground chicken
- Cover with Cool Runnings Caribbean seasoning (or any other brand) then cover with Cool Runnings (or any other brand) ground cinnamon on a one to one ratio. (or season to your own taste)
(For a little extra kick add cayenne powder to the mix)
- Mix it in real well.
- Spread it in a rectangular cooking dish with coconut oil. (I use Pam Coconut Spray)
- Bake at 350F for 35 minutes
