This page will help you regarding information to some common RMT needs to ensure compliance. Here are various forms and information which are considered acceptable;
- Equipment Maintenance Logs – While this log is acceptable it is not necessary to have the table make, model and purchase date… then again it will exemplify your professionalism in this regard
- Acceptable laundry hampers – Hampers must have lids and must not be ventilated

- Treatment Notes – You may want to have neater handwriting than mine also ensure everything is filled in.
