Lemon Sticky Rice

This is another really simple and delicious rice recipe using long grain white rice. With the added lemon juice the rice will become like sticky rice.

  • Rinse your rice as normal to clean it
  • Put it in your rice cooker
  • Add lemon juice based on your desired flavour. I use about 1/4 cup
  • Turn your rice cooker on

Eat it when ready and enjoy the tangy taste
