Protein Pancakes

  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1/3 cup of egg whites
  • 1/3 cup of dry oatmeal
  • 100g of blueberries
  • Mix together and fry it in a frying pan
  • Flip it half way through and fry the other side

You can either add the blueberries to the mix when frying it or eat them separately
