- 2 whole eggs
- 1/3 cup of egg whites
- 1/3 cup of dry oatmeal
- 100g of blueberries
- Mix together and fry it in a frying pan
- Flip it half way through and fry the other side
You can either add the blueberries to the mix when frying it or eat them separately
