Beginning each season I start with this fantastic diet and make modifications as I go. In the off season (there really isn’t one for me) I am less strict and will sometimes eat off diet but not often. This is a great start for any male athlete who wants to change his body composition. I start off at about 200lbs or 90kg. To determine how this diet could work for you divide your weight by mine and adjust your macros by that percentage. EG if you are 150lbs/68kg divide 150/200 which equals 0.75 which would mean you would eat 75% of the amount I eat so you eat 25% less at each meal for each of the macros. Ie. Instead of eating 100g of blueberries you would eat 75g etc…
